How it works?
You can make a request for quotation here with your desire store location and we will provide a quick 5 minutes over the phone assessment of the repair(s) you require, along with a quotation and time frame. You can then choose one of the following ways to handover your device(s) and our staff will advise you on the process and payment methods:
Book for Quick Drop Off and Pick Up at one of our stores -
Once you are happy with the quotation, you can click here to make a booking and select the store location you wish to drop off your device(s). We will prepare all paper work prior to your arrival, all you need to do is quote your booking details and leave your phone with us. Most repairs can be done within the hour using this method.
Book for a Collection from your home or work place -
Once you are happy with the quotation, you can click here to make a booking and we will come to your specified address to collect the device(s) from you. Our friendly staff will contact you to confirm your booking and set a convenient date and time for collection. If you wish for minimal interaction, you may advice our staff that you wish to leave the device(s) in your letter box or in a safe place at the time of collection. We will repair and return the device(s) to you using the same handover method.
Repair collection is only available at participating store locations only and limited within 10km radius area of your preferred store locations.

Can liquid damage be fixed?
Repairing liquid damage is often the most complicated and time consuming that can be repair to a mobile phone. Therefore, we are not attempting to repair liquid damage due to the risks of failure and increased risk of further problems over time.
Will my data be lost after repaired?
For iPhone, there is 99% of chance that your data will be safe. For the complicated problems, we try to make every effort to keep it intact, however we cannot guarantee the safety of your data. The reason is that often it is outside of your control and the data may already be lost before we examine the device. Therefore, we recommend you back up your data regularly if possible.
How much will my repair cost?
We provide FREE quote for both standard and complicated repairs. If your phone cannot be repaired there is NO CHARGE.
How long will repairs take?
Standard repairs such as iPhone cracked/damaged screens are usually completed within 24 hours. More complicated repairs do take longer depending on hardware availability or other issues involved.

Protecting your phone is as important as repairing it. Our friendly staff will advise you on the suitable protective accessories during the calls. You may also choose your accessories here with our click and collect option so we will install them on your repaired device(s), so they are all set for you to pickup.
