Hi Touch Mobile does not collect personal information unless it is necessary for us to carry out our functions and activities as a retailer. We only collect such information by lawful and fair means and in an unobtrusive way. You may provide us with personal information about yourself or others each time you contact us by phone, letter or email. We need to use this information to provide you with our services, shipping and/or products.
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you. This return policy only applies to all online purchases through our website.
Change of Mind or Item not Satisfied Returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or not satisfied with your purchase, Hi Touch Mobile will offer you exchange or refund provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase.
- Provide proof of purchases at the time you return the item.
- Item is in re-saleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including any instruction manuals and all accessories.
- It is undamaged in its original condition.
- It is not an on-sale item.
Hi Touch Mobile reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned products prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
For items purchased with free postage / delivery, a postage fee would be applied on the refunded value.
Please contact us for return authorization and instructions prior to returning the item to us.
- Your original Hi Touch Mobile receipt, with an order number, is the best form of proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
- Free tools or Gifts are not redeemable for cash
- If you seek for refund after 14 days, a restocking fee would be applied based on the condition and age of the returned product.
Postage is not refundable returns.
All products sold by Hi Touch Mobile have a “dead on arrival” (DOA) warranty. This means that if the product is damaged during delivery and a claim is made within 14 days from the date of dispatch, Hi Touch Mobile will replace or repair the product at our discretion and our cost. If Hi Touch Mobile have no further stock of the item and it cannot be repaired Hi Touch Mobile will replace it with a similar product or offer you a full refund.
If the damage is discovered outside the 14 day period, please contact our Customer Service to determine the circumstances are such that you can still proceed with a claim.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with any product purchased from us. If you are not satisfy with your purchase, simply return it back to us within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Product must be returned in reasonable condition with original sales packaging.

3. Address Changes
To change the address on an order, you must email us or call customer support at 03 before the package has left our dispatch department. We are not liable for addresses changed after the package has left our dispatch department.
4. Next Day Shipping
To qualify for next day shipping, your order must be placed before 2:00PM AEST for postal shipments. Orders placed after this time may ship on the next day. We currently offer two kinds of shipping method:
- Regular eParcel
- Express Post eParcel – Additional fee applied

6. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, including those on the face hereof, constitute the entire agreement with regard to this sale and expressly supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to said sale, including any terms and conditions on any of customer’s documents or purchase orders. This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
7. Terms and Conditions
This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. Any additional, different or conflicting terms and conditions on any such document issued by customer at any time are hereby objected to by Hi Touch Mobile, and any such document shall be wholly inapplicable to any sale made hereunder and shall not be binding in any way on Hi Touch Mobile.
8. Incorrect Address / PO Box
Under no circumstance will Hi Touch Mobile reimburse the item(s) or shipping fees for instances when the customer input the wrong address on their order.
9. Incorrect Installation
Under no circumstance will Hi Touch Mobile accept the return or exchange claim for item(s) that are damaged due to incorrect installation of the item.
10. Installation Damage
We are not liable for any damage to your device due to the installation of accessories purchased from Hi Touch Mobile under any circumstances.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days after the payment is confirmed.

Tracking Information: a tracking number will be sent to you at the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Benefits of Express Post eParcel?
- Visibility of your order with online tracking and proof of delivery.
- Offers the same benefits as standard registered post service with additional guarantee of next business day delivery within the Express post network.
- If no one is present when driver attempt delivery they will leave a calling card and make the consignment available for collection from a nearby Post Office
Pick-up Address: Please select “pick up” and select one of our Hi Touch Mobile store locations you wish to pick up your item(s) during your purchase process.
Pick-up confirmaton: a pick-up confirmation will be sent to you once the order is prepared and ready for you to pick up from the Hi Touch Mobile store you have selected.
